"Back of the Napkin" Gets Inside Your Brain

In "Back of the Napkin", Dan taught me a tremendous amount about how to appropriately integrate traditional process maps and diagrams into my own work as a graphic facilitator working with clients who are trying to understand and manage complexity.

What a great interview, Peter!

I love the questions you asked... this is the stuff that you don't and can't find in the book.

I really like what Dan said about optimizers and disruptors.

What a great model it would be to create a business that had a pendulum built into the model that constantly moved back and forth between the two modes.

You'd optimize your recent disruptions... and find new disruptions... All the while innovation is in the process. Neat stuff.
